Have Aqua Terra Toscano spa . The jet pump stopped working. Called customer service 888 961 ****and was told there was no service available and to look at yellow pages or one line for a service person. This is Customer Service?

Hot tub not working properly and is only a month old

I just purchased a hot spring sx 2020 and it reads 104 and water temp is only 101, then after only having the lid off for 30minutes and not running the jets on high it dropped to reading 101 and so the temperature only being 97. We have had the technicians come out and they don't even check anything and then say well that's how it's supposed to be . Which makes no sense, We spent 7k on a hot tub so it would be hot. We also live in Louisiana so its not like its cold out and that's effecting it. Do you have any suggestions for me or some things for the technicians to check?.... We didnt buy this straight from Watkins, we bought this from Azura pools in Monroe,LA

Some years ago we purchased a HotSpring Summit (model SSE) from your dealer in Paralimni, Cyprus. The spa has developed a fault. The No.1 pump will not start, likewise the clean function. All the other functions operate normally. The dealer who supplied the spa has gone out of business, as has the nemed dealer in Nicosia, Can you please advise details of an approved HotSpring service engineer on Cyprus. Any unavailable parts can be obtained from mainland Europe. Kind regards,

Our Freeflow mini hot tub was the ideal product for us and when it’s operational it works well and is affordable. It’s been a repair nightmare from the start though. Bought hot tub in February 2019, followed directions and powered up but touch pad control panel was defective. Repair tech was great and replaced it quickly and we had no problem until before Thanksgiving 2019 when the hot tub stopped working all together. Tech had appointment 1st week in December which company cancelled and tech came out December 11th and said the power cord was bad. Tech installed new power cord in mid December but the hot tub still didn’t work, tech said it was a bad control box inside the hot tub. Waited again while new control box was sent and tech installed it on January 2nd. This control box was defective and a second control box was installed on January 9th. Finally we have an operational hot tub, after the Holidays are all over, the company can feel free to contact us about this but while they did eventually succeed in repairing it we certainly won’t be in a hurry to recommend this product or company until we do hear from them. I’m working on re-wiring a Vista model and needed help with troubleshooting. Susie was very helpful and we narrowed the fault down to a bad breaker. Getting that changed soon and will know for sure at that point. She was very calm and courteous.

I purchased limelight flair got tub manufactured by Watkins. The hot tub broke one month after owning it. It has never ever been right. The ligts continue to fall off of the tub. The salt system will only last you one year. Do not buy this tub. I spent 9,000 dollars on this tub and it is basically a tub of water sitting in my back yard. The company continues to fix the tub because it is under warranty and the lights continue to fall off. Each time I have to drain the tub for the repair. If you want constant headaches and not relaxation, buy it. Otherwise stay away from this brand. At first the company and vendor were nice and wanted to fox it. Now they treat me like I am an *** for calling on a defective product. So much for customer service. I am greatly disappointed especially with the reputation I thought they had.

Cannot get our Watkins Vista Hot Tub repaired

We purchased a top of the line Vista Hot Tub from a Watkins dealer in 2008 in Morris Illinois. We have had 4 breakdowns on this Hot Tub since 2008 and now have leak. They will not stand by their product and find a technician to repair our Hot Tub. They continue to give us the run around and now the customer service representative is implying that we should not have installed this indoors. The installation was designed so that there is full access to the hot tub from the sides or underneath. After 3 months they are not telling us this. In fact the CSR said she would never install one of there Hot Tubs inside. That is not what the dealer told us when we purchased it. We were very careful to make sure it could be serviced, after all, we paid for the top model so we could have a reliable product. I am very disappointed in this company and their lack of Customer Service and the bad quality of their product. I would not suggest anyone buy a Hot Tub made by Watkins Manufacturing which also goes by Hot Springs Spas. Beware, you may end up with a very expense flower pot!

Inside shell blisters are a cosmetic defect

I received a Solana Spa two person on December 19 ,2005. This spa has been in my living room ever since, about a month ago the inside shell started to blister and peel around the filter area. I contacted the Solana Spa's, they said that the spa is out of warranty. The ''blisters are cosmetic defect and will not affect the integrity of the spa''. It only looks like ***, this is ''American made''.... I would like to see if anything can be done about this problem and if any body out there has the same problem with spa's.
