I’m working on re-wiring a Vista model and needed help with troubleshooting. Susie was very helpful and we narrowed the fault down to a bad breaker. Getting that changed soon and will know for sure at that point. She was very calm and courteous.

I purchased limelight flair got tub manufactured by Watkins. The hot tub broke one month after owning it. It has never ever been right. The ligts continue to fall off of the tub. The salt system will only last you one year. Do not buy this tub. I spent 9,000 dollars on this tub and it is basically a tub of water sitting in my back yard. The company continues to fix the tub because it is under warranty and the lights continue to fall off. Each time I have to drain the tub for the repair. If you want constant headaches and not relaxation, buy it. Otherwise stay away from this brand. At first the company and vendor were nice and wanted to fox it. Now they treat me like I am an *** for calling on a defective product. So much for customer service. I am greatly disappointed especially with the reputation I thought they had.

Watkins Manufacturing in Chicago, Illinois - Cannot get our Watkins Vista Hot Tub repaired

We purchased a top of the line Vista Hot Tub from a Watkins dealer in 2008 in Morris Illinois. We have had 4 breakdowns on this Hot Tub since 2008 and now have leak. They will not stand by their product and find a technician to repair our Hot Tub. They continue to give us the run around and now the customer service representative is implying that we should not have installed this indoors. The installation was designed so that there is full access to the hot tub from the sides or underneath. After 3 months they are not telling us this. In fact the CSR said she would never install one of there Hot Tubs inside. That is not what the dealer told us when we purchased it. We were very careful to make sure it could be serviced, after all, we paid for the top model so we could have a reliable product. I am very disappointed in this company and their lack of Customer Service and the bad quality of their product. I would not suggest anyone buy a Hot Tub made by Watkins Manufacturing which also goes by Hot Springs Spas. Beware, you may end up with a very expense flower pot!

I received a Solana Spa two person on December 19 ,2005. This spa has been in my living room ever since, about a month ago the inside shell started to blister and peel around the filter area. I contacted the Solana Spa's, they said that the spa is out of warranty. The ''blisters are cosmetic defect and will not affect the integrity of the spa''. It only looks like ***, this is ''American made''.... I would like to see if anything can be done about this problem and if any body out there has the same problem with spa's.
